Because the secondary market for retired mythical Jellycats sees incredibly sharp price spikes, ensuring physical proof of authenticity and tag condition is vital. We guarantee a risk-free purchase:

• Pristine Paper Swing Tags: Comes with the official gold-bordered Jellycat retail hangtag securely attached.
• Crease-Free Preservation: All retail hangtags are kept flat and handled with care during storage and transit to prevent bending or sticker residue.
• Fabric Tush Tags: Features the multi-layer sewn-in fabric care tags complete with the unique factory production batch code.
• Photo Transparency: To maintain a clean aesthetic, the primary listing image is an official stock photo. However, every subsequent photo displays the actual physical item you will receive, including high-resolution close-ups of all paper retail tags and sewn-in fabric labels.

We treat every plush like a delicate collector's item, not a standard toy.

Damage-Proof Packing: Your new friend is safely wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and shipped inside a rigid, crush-proof cardboard box to protect the soft plush shape and ensure the paper tags arrive perfectly flat.
