RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

The item must be in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund. Refunds are applicable within 10 days from the date of purchase.

RETURNS PROCESS

To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer support at hello@joynocreations.com.au to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number.

  • Mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item.

  • Ship the item to Joyno Creations, 48 Kolora Crescent, Ferny Hills, Queensland 4055 within 2 days of receiving the RA number.

RETURN OPTIONS

  • Full Refund: Customers may receive a full refund to their original payment method. 

  • Exchange: We will exchange the item for an equivalent product, if available.

  • Store Credit: Customers may receive store credit for future purchases. 

TIMEFRAME FOR RETURNS

Returns must be initiated within 10 days of the date of purchase. Late returns may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be accepted.

 

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items not meeting these criteria.

 

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Customised or personalised products.

  • Downloadable digital goods.

  • Sale/Clearance Products.
